Moscow, February 25, 2010.  BANK URALSIB (Bank or URALSIB) (RTS: USBN) reports on a transfer of 86.77% OJSC AKB "Stroyvestbank" ordinary shares to URALSIB’s subsidiary LLC “Uralsib Electronic Technologies”.

Procedure of Stroyvestbank shares transfer to BANK URALSIB subsidiary LLC “Uralsib Electronic Technologies” took place on February 18, 2010. Last December Federal Antimonopoly Service made a decision to grant a request on acquisition of OJSC AKB "Stroyvestbank" stocks by LLC “Uralsib Electronic Technologies”.

At the moment BANK URALSIB does not hold Stroyvestbank stocks directly.

On January 27, 2010 BANK URALSIB EGM decided to reorganize OJSC “URALSIB” by incorporating OJSC “Stroyvestbank” to OJSC “URALSIB”. All corporate actions within the incorporation procedure might be completed in IIIQ2010.
