Мoscow, January 21, 2010. BANK URALSIB (OJSC “URALSIB” or the Bank) (RTS: USBN) reports that Ildar Muslimov has been appointed the Chairman of the BANK URALSIB Management Board.

According to the decision of the Supervisory Board held on January 19, 2010, Ildar Muslimov has been appointed the Chairman of the BANK URALSIB Management Board since January 19, 2010. Previously the appointment was approved by the Central Bank of Russia.

Ildar Muslimov has over 17 years experience in banking. He graduated from the Bashkir State University in 1991. Mr Muslimov occupied various managerial positions at Bashcreditbank (later BANK URALSIB) since 1993. Since 2004 Ildar Muslimov - the Deputy Chairman of the BANK URALSIB Management Board. Since 2006 at the position of the Deputy Chairman he heads corporate and regional banking business, distanced URALSIB office in Ufa and legal support of the Bank’s activities.
